Plants are secured with protective cushioning and breathable packaging to reduce soil spillage and prevent leaf damage. Pots and planters are packed separately if required.

We deliver to most serviceable pin codes. If checkout shows your pin code as unavailable, it means delivery is currently not supported there.

If an item arrives damaged, you can request a replacement/return within the policy window. Share clear photos of the product and packaging. Live plants are handled case-by-case due to transit sensitivity.

Mild stress (drooping leaves) can happen after shipping and often recovers within 48–72 hours. If the plant is severely damaged, contact support with photos within 24 hours of delivery.
